Mangala Estate Long Stay Package (11 Days / 10 Nights)

Package Inclusions:

  • 10 nights' luxury accommodation in a Jala Villa featuring serene lake views.

  • Daily breakfast for two (2) persons served at the resort’s designated dining outlet.

  • Resort Credit:RM2,000 per stay applicable towards food & beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), spa treatments, and recreational activities offered at the resort.


Welcome Refreshment:

  • One (1)complimentary Coconut Pandan welcome drink per person (for two persons), served upon check-in at the villa.

  • One (1)complimentary fruit platter provided in the villa upon arrival


Brief Terms & Conditions(for reference at checkout):

  • Package rates include a 10% service charge and 8% SST.

  • Mandatory Tourism Tax (RM10 per villa/night for foreign guests) and Local Authority Tax (RM3 per villa/night) are payable upon arrival.

  • The resort credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, must be utilised during the booked stay, and any unused credits are non-refundable.

  • Full payment required upon booking; cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid full charges.

  •  Villa upgrades or changes subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Package exclusively available through direct booking via the official resort website.

Mangala Experience Residential Package - Terms & Conditions:

  1. The Mangala Experience Residential Package is designed for a standard 3-day, 2-night stay and is exclusive to the following villa categories: Sara Villa, Vana Villa (without a pool), and Amani Villa (with a pool).
  2. This package rate covers up to two (2) adults; solo travellers will not receive prorated rates.
  3. Villa Upgrade or Change of Villa Category:
    • Requests must be made directly to the resort either prior to arrival or at the time of check-in.
    • All requests for upgrades or villa category changes are strictly subject to availability.
    • Upgrades or changes to villa category will incur additional charges corresponding to the applicable rate difference.
    • Any additional charges arising must be settled at the time of confirmation or, at the latest, upon check-in.
  4. Rates quoted are inclusive of a 10% service charge and 8% SST.
  5. Prices exclude mandatory Pahang Sustainability Tax (RM3.00 per villa per night) and Tourism Tax (RM10.00 per villa per night for foreign travellers), payable upon check-in.
  6. All bookings must be made securely via our official website, with full payment required upon confirmation.
  7. Rates may fluctuate based on the resort’s dynamic pricing structure and seasonal demand.
  8. Extended stays beyond the standard 3-day, 2-night package qualify for a 15% discount on the Best Available Rates. Resort credits do not apply to the extended stay period.
  9. Villa accommodation rates vary between weekdays and weekends; weekend rates are applicable for stays on Friday and Saturday.
  10. Reservations are subject to availability; group bookings or event-related reservations are not applicable under this package.
  11. Amendments to travel dates:
    • One-time amendments are permitted if requests are made at least five (5) days prior to the original arrival date.
    • Amendments are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal surcharges.
    • Once amended, bookings become non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under the standard cancellation policy.

  12. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations must be made no less than seven (7) days prior to the original arrival date.
    • Late cancellations, early departures, and no-shows will result in charges equal to the full amount of the reservation.
  13. One child under five (5) years of age per villa may stay complimentary, including breakfast.
  14. Complimentary baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability.
  15. An extra bed may be arranged upon request at RM320.00 nett per bed per night, inclusive of breakfast.
  16. The Mangala Experience Package excludes in-villa dining service; an additional fee of RM150.00 per package per night applies for the in-villa dining setup.
  17. Recreational activities offered by the resort are subject to availability and weather conditions.
  18. Resort Credit for Food & Beverages:
    • RM300.00 per stay for Sara and Vana Villas (without pool).
    • RM500.00 per stay for Amani Pool Villas.
    • Credits apply exclusively to food and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) consumed at the resort.
    • Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and valid for use once per stay.
    • Any charges exceeding the provided credits will be billed to the guest’s account and must be settled upon check-out.
    • Any unused credit during the stipulated stay is non-refundable
  19. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special packages unless explicitly stated.
  20. Mangala Estate Boutique Resort reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
